Happy Holidays from Team Betty Rocker!
Eating around the holidays can certainly be a great time to NSA it and indulge a bit more than usual – I think the most important thing is to be present to the people you love and not sweat it if you’re eating foods or drinking drinks that you don’t usually include…
But some great ways to support your body when it gets a little stressed out from the extra sugars is to make a quick green smoothie and #stopdropandbettyrock for 10 minutes with one of these quick home workouts you can do anywhere, anytime!
And if you want to be sure you’ve got some familiar favorite foods that are a healthier take on classic recipes, try one (or more) of the recipes I’ve got for you today!
I’ve collected a little healthy recipe roundup of some wonderful holiday recipes from some great blogs I’ve discovered. I’ve included everything you’ll need for a complete holiday meal – and lots of options for dessert too!
Be sure to leave these wonderful bloggers a comment to let them know you like their recipe if you use one – I know how much it means to me to hear from you, and they’re just awesome! Maybe you’ll discover some new favorite sources of great recipe ideas.
