I am a huge fan of hemp seeds for their amazing nutritional profile- protein and healthy fats- and how versatile they are! This is so simple to make and requires no cooking! This is one of my all time favorite salads! It is simple, colorful and full of flavor! I love this time of year for all of the fresh produce available especially the best tasting peaches you can find. Pineapple Almond Butter Chicken Skewers from Paleo Leap
These skewers are paleo, gluten free, dairy free and contain one of my all time favorite foods- almond butter! The pineapple adds the perfect amount of sweetness to this protein packed dish and they are perfect for grilling! And speaking of grilling- easy cleanup! What could be better for a holiday party?
Grilled Salmon Skewers
Salmon is one of my favorite foods! It is packed full of nutrients, protein and healthy fats. The great thing about salmon is that it doesn’t need a lot of added ingredients to make it taste good, that being said, this recipe is simple and delicious! Add some of the grilled veggies and healthy potato salad from above and you have an amazing meal in front of you!
Green Tomato Gazpacho with Grilled Shrimp
This recipe is an awesome way to get in an extra serving of veggies and protein! Not to mention, it is a light and delicious cold soup that is great for any hot day!
Sweet Potato Sliders
These sliders are one of my staples! They are versatile and can be made with any meat you enjoy. The sweet potatoes make great “buns” that stay together and give you a bonus nutritional punch. This is such a fun and unique way to enjoy your burgers at any 4th of July celebration!
Herbed Turkey Burgers with Zucchini Buns
I absolutely love these burgers! Using zucchini as a bun is so creative and the burger itself is delicious! These are gluten free, dairy free and paleo.

There is nothing that says summer more than ice cream. If you haven’t tried my Strawberry Nice Cream yet, NOW is the time! It’s so decadent and creamy that no one would ever know it’s good for you! This also comes in chocolate and mint versions!

It doesn’t get more festive than these popsicles! They are simple to make- only three ingredients- and the perfect way to show your spirit and enjoy a tasty, healthy treat!

Red, white, blue and delicious! This is one my favorite desserts on the list. The cashew date cream is so decadent and is the perfect filling for the strawberries. You better make sure to save a few for yourself as they will be gone before you know it!

Blueberries, strawberries, and coconut milk make up the red, white and blue for this healthy take on margaritas! They are so festive and fun and a must make for your holiday celebration!
Ginger Peach Kombucha Sangria
This is a super simple cocktail to make! Mix kombucha, wine and a couple of other ingredients and you are set to go. The kombucha can help with mood, mental clarity and digestion- all of which can use some help after a couple of drinks 🙂
Strawberry Lemonade Smoothie
This is the perfect drink for a hot summer day. It is refreshing and delicious and packed full of nutrients! I love the addition of cashews to give this drink a creamy texture! This is perfect for both kids and adults for your summertime celebration.
Blackberry Mojitos
You can never have too many mojito recipes! They are one of my favorite summertime drinks and are so versatile. This recipe does include alcohol but you can always leave it out. This recipe is sugar free as well and easy to make!
