Eating healthy is one of the biggest New Year’s resolutions there is, but with our crazy schedules, it can be easier said than done to stick to it.
That’s why the ladies at Team Betty Rocker and I scoured the internet for the best crock-pot recipes we could find. We love recipes where we throw everything in a slow cooker and come back hours later to a tasty, delicious meal ready to go. Even better, all of these recipes are gluten and dairy-free and made with whole foods!
We were super impressed by some of the creative bloggers we found — they had some surprising recipes you might not think of making a slow cooker. I hope you find some great new recipes (and blogs) to inspire your healthy eating!
I look forward to hearing which ones you try! Be sure to comment to the bloggers if you like their recipes and let them know you stopped by. I know it always makes my day when you let me know you were here.
Tag me on Facebook or Instagram if you try any of these – and happy cooking!
