Betty Rocker’s Anywhere Workouts: Cheesman Park (Part 1 of 3)
Welcome to my bodyweight workout video series!
I made these videos to give you some creative ideas for working out in a variety of locations – or to inspire your at home workouts.
I have lived and traveled all over the world, and while gyms and workout equipment haven’t been consistent, my desire to stay in great shape always was.
So this is a bodyweight workout video series that you can do anywhere, no equipment needed. For each workout in this series, I’ve got 7 moves for you that you’ll repeat 3-4 times.
Anywhere Workouts Workout 1: Strength and Cardio
Workout:
1. 15 Plank Walk Outs
2. 15 Straight Leg Bicycle Crunches
3. 15 High Jumps
4. 10-12 Decline Push Ups (I was still learning how to do these. Don’t let your back arch!)
5: 15 Left, 15 Right Skater Lunges
6. 12 Right Leg Squat Reach
7. 12 Left Leg Squat Reach
Repeat 3 times (or 4, you crazy beast!)
